A 14-week recorded class which covers the six worldviews in Understanding the Times and six additional worldviews.  Course includes discussion of optional reading material such as Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis, Beyond Good and Evil by Nietsche, Wild Swans by Jung Chang, the Communist Manifesto, and the Humanist Manifesto.  Students are highly encouraged to write their own Personal Manifesto to explore and understand their own worldview.

Whether you are teaching scholars how to do a document study or learning how to do them on your own, this training will help you to get the most out of the classics that you read.

During this training you will experience a mentored document study and be instructed on how to effectively use documents to teach "How to think."

Find the very center of great mentoring.  A MentorHeart is essential to go from a professor to a mentor.  We will explore ways that you can increase your ability to use "spiritual eyes" and to really know and communicate with those you mentor.

Simulations rock your world and help you to discover epiphanies that can't be learned any other way!  They are an indispensable pillar in Leadership Education.  Many people underutilze them because they don't know how to create them.  Join us as we discuss how to create, implement, and debrief a simulation.

There are many different kinds of mentors.  For some of your mentees you may be in a position of becoming a Life Mentor--one who helps direct in matters of character, life decisions, and mission.  In this training we will discuss how to prepare yourself and how to increase your impact.  Some impromptu life coaching with webinar participants is included.

If igniting the entrepreneurial spirit is essential to our liberties being preserved, shouldn’t we be mentoring it in our own homes and classes?  This webinar will help you develop the mindset of an entrepreneur and give you some tools to encourage that same perspective in others.  We will cover powerful principles gleaned from a range of classic business books and find that applying these principles bring about prosperity in all areas of your life.

The testing environment is a very valuable tool in mentoring greatness.  Learn to use it so that you bring out the genius in your mentees and teach them to know themselves in a more profound way.  We’ll discuss how to use essay exams to promote deeper thinking, how to develop questions for oral exams that maximize that environment, as well as the value of more casual testing in mentoring interviews and conversations.  A few participants were able to experience an oral board so that all attending will get an opportunity to see oral boards in action.

We study the classics to learn human nature and we learn human nature so that we can lead.  Because self-government comes first, learning to know yourself better will be the goal of Part 1.  We will look to a variety of personality typing tools as well as great literature to get a better grasp of our own human nature.  Come prepared for the hard work of looking at yourself in the mirror and you will find that your weaknesses and shortcomings are opportunities to be a more compassionate and effective leader.

Would you like to be able to “size up” situations and evaluate solutions instinctively?  Applying the lessons of human nature to our lives allows us to be more effective in our relationships and interactions.  After finding out more about yourself and completing the assignments from Part I, we will focus on using your greater understanding of human nature to mentor others and facilitate group dynamics.
